Belfast Countdown supermarket opens

Fantastic to see the new Countdown has opened on Bellewood Ave.

It is not your average supermarket either, it is a Green Star rated supermarket – the first of its kind in Christchurch.

Earthworks begin on school site

June 2022

We’re delighted to see that the earthworks have begun for the two new schools in Belfast. It will be a shared site for Pītau-Allenvale School which provides for specialist education for ORS funded students and Belfast (senior) School for years 5-8.

The site for the schools is within the Belfast subdivision on Johnswood Avenue.

Stage One Sold Out

July 2021

Infinity Group’s newest development project in Christchurch, Belfast Subdivision, sold out of the first 81 sections in just a few days. Infinity Group Sales Manager, Patrick Waser, reports exceptionally strong ongoing demand for new properties in the Christchurch market. There will be future residential stages but at this point there is no definite timetable for their release.
